Sanna, an Oslo‑based accounting startup that until now has focused on holding companies, is launching services aimed at operating businesses with employees, payroll and VAT. The company says it has onboarded over 2,000 holding‑company clients in under a year.

Sanna plans to automate the bulk of routine accounting tasks with AI while retaining quality control and customer follow‑up through authorised accountants. Clients will be offered these services for a fixed monthly price, reflecting the company’s move to address a broader market of active companies that need payroll and tax reporting support.
