Yazen Health has successfully raised EUR 50 million in a Series B funding round led by Verdane. Founded in Lund in 2021, Yazen focuses on digital obesity treatment, incorporating GLP-1 medications alongside support from healthcare professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, and personal trainers.

The recent Series B funding is notably larger than previous rounds, being over two and a half times the size of the company’s Series A round, which secured €19.5 million in November 2024. Yazen Health previously announced plans for expansion into Spain, Norway, and the Netherlands, using those funds to support pilot projects in the UK and Germany.

With the completion of this funding round, Yazen Health is poised for significant growth, which may enhance its ability to attract new patients and bolster its digital treatment offerings across international markets.
