Norwegian online retailer Villoid is entering the Swedish market with Desenio veteran Fredrik Palm joining as an investor and board member. Villoid, the Norwegian online retailer, is launching an expansion into Sweden and has recruited Fredrik Palm — known for his leadership roles at Lekmer and Desenio Group and as chair of Caia Cosmetics — as an investor and board member. The company says Palm declined to disclose how much he invested, though Breakit described the amount as significant.

Villoid says it already established a Swedish company in 2022 and has hired ten people in the market, appointing Linn Setterwall, founder and current head of online store Organista, as Sweden country head. The company reported revenue of NOK 518 million in 2025, a 54 percent increase, with an operating margin of almost ten percent, and expects to exceed NOK 700 million in sales this year. Villoid has set a target of NOK 100 million in turnover in Sweden in its first year, and CEO Jeanette Dyhre Kvisvik said the team has prepared thoroughly for the launch.
