Oslo-based Solvera announced a NOK 60 million pre-seed financing round led by Seedcamp, following strong early traction in the market. The company says it surpassed NOK 10 million in contractually committed revenue within its first three months after launching in July 2026 and has built a team of nine employees.

Investors in the round include Inception Fund, Momentum, PSV Tech, Sondo, Construct Ventures, OBOS ventures, The Nordic Web Ventures and a group of angel backers, among them founders from Spacemaker and a former OBOS CEO. Solvera plans to use the capital to secure necessary regulatory licences, grow its team and extend its engagements on construction projects across Norway as it scales its proptech offering.
