Oslo-based Utilitycloud has been named platform partner for Swedish energy‑tech company Greenely in Sweden and Finland, the companies said. Utilitycloud will operate billing, customer management and market communications for Greenely, replacing the current setup of separate systems in each country; the parties described the agreement as a multi‑million krona deal but would not disclose figures. Sweden will go live first, followed by Finland.
Greenely sells an app that lets households control chargers, batteries and other connected devices. According to the report, Greenely entered Finland in 2025 with support from a Series A round of NOK 90 million led by Belgian investor Korys and has stated ambitions for further Nordic expansion; vice‑CEO Anders Billving said the company wanted a common platform rather than a patchwork of systems.
Utilitycloud, founded in Norway in 2019, says it handles billing for more than one million households and counts over 30 energy companies among its customers. The deal expands Utilitycloud’s role in the Nordic energy-tech market, the companies said.
