Neat appoints Sandeep Mehra to lead international expansion

Neat named Sandeep Mehra to lead its international business across EMEA and Asia. The company also reshuffled senior roles in operations and the Americas following a record quarter.

Neat has appointed Sandeep Mehra as senior vice-president and general manager, International, the Oslo-based video-technology company said in a press release. Mehra will be based in London and will lead expansion and strategic partnerships across EMEA and Asia.

Neat said the move follows a record quarter with a double-digit profit margin, according to the company. CEO Javed Khan praised Mehra's execution experience. Mehra has about 20 years in SaaS, video and enterprise technology, including more than 10 years at Cisco in senior roles.

Neat said it will shift Martijn Blokland from international revenue lead to senior vice-president of global operations and strategy, overseeing customer experience, sales operations, orders, logistics and product launches. The company also promoted Rick Hill to senior vice-president and general manager for the Americas and added Sherri Pipala to the leadership team to drive technology partnerships.
