Guideless, a Vilnius-based software startup, raised €1 million in pre-seed funding led by Superhero Capital, ArcticStartup reports. FIRSTPICK VC and several Vinted executives also participated. Founders Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika are building a platform that records how work is done inside business software and turns those steps into training materials.
The product uses AI to create editable written instructions, visual annotations, transcripts, captions and voice narration from a recorded workflow. A team can then share or update individual steps instead of rebuilding an entire guide after a software change. Guideless says its narration supports more than 40 languages and that it has paying customers in multiple markets.
Guideless plans to use the financing for product development, hiring and expansion into the UK, other European countries and the US. Those were future plans when the round was announced. The funding gives the company resources to test whether automated workflow capture can reduce the time required to document and maintain workplace processes.
