eComID, a Stockholm-based startup focused on enhancing the shopping experience, has completed the acquisition of fellow Stockholm startup Nilum, which specializes in AI for second-hand shopping. This move comes on the heels of eComID's recent €14.6 million Seed funding led by Systemiq Capital, with participation from several investors, including Regeneration.VC and Stadium.

Nilum's technology is expected to complement eComID’s mission of making shopping more intelligent and sustainable. Oscar Rundqvist, co-founder and CEO of eComID, expressed enthusiasm for integrating Nilum's innovations, highlighting the growing importance of smart shopping solutions in the current market landscape.
