Former Computas AI leader Simon Isaksen and co-founder Michael Nordmo have launched the consultancy Spinner with investment from Strawberry Group and Prosper Group. The firm’s stated purpose is to help companies take AI projects out of pilot phases and embed them in day-to-day operations.
Isaksen and Nordmo say the core challenge is not building demos but making solutions work inside the systems and processes that businesses depend on. Spinner positions itself to deliver the AI solutions that companies rely on for their operating models.
The company reports it already has customers in real estate, technology and case processing but has not named them. Spinner plans to hire in step with demand. On the ownership side, the founders have brought in Stordalen’s Strawberry environment and Prosper Group; the press release did not disclose ownership shares or how much capital was provided. The Prosper environment is behind Prosper AI, and the press release notes that last autumn Spir Group-owned Ambita bought the real estate part of that company.
