Tampere-based Upheat Solutions Oy has been chosen as one of 13 participants in L’Oréal's prestigious €100 million sustainable innovation programme, L’AcceleratOR. The startup focuses on crafting oil-free, high-temperature heat pumps that recapture waste heat, converting it into useful process heat and steam at temperatures between 100°C and 200°C.
This participation not only highlights Upheat's innovative approach towards sustainable energy solutions but also represents an opportunity for the company to gain insights and support from L’Oréal’s extensive network.
