Finest Bay Area Development (FEBAY) has announced a strategic partnership with Finna Family Office to channel family-office capital into the proposed Helsinki–Tallinn tunnel project. This collaboration is set to establish the Finna Finest Infrastructure Fund, which aims to provide financial support crucial for the development of this large-scale infrastructure initiative.

The planned tunnel is a significant infrastructure undertaking, measuring approximately 103 kilometers, including about 78 kilometers beneath the Gulf of Finland, intended to connect Helsinki and Tallinn by 2035. Funded through the new Finna Finest Infrastructure Fund, the initiative also envisions the construction of an artificial island, a subsea data center, and additional energy resources.

This partnership may greatly enhance the financial backing available for the tunnel project, which is expected to facilitate improved connectivity in the region.
