Pandektes has completed its Series A funding round, raising €13.5 million with participation from Alstin Capital, PROfounders, and Scale Capital. This Copenhagen-based LegalTech company develops a platform that continuously collects and organizes legal information, making it easier for legal professionals to conduct research across varied sources such as legislation and court decisions.

Alstin Capital, a Munich-based venture capital firm, led the funding. Andreas Schenk, Managing Partner at Alstin Capital, emphasized the transformation potential within the legal research market, noting many end-users wish to upgrade their systems but have often faced challenges. The funds will build on Pandektes' previous €2.9 million Seed investment announced last year.

The immediate focus for Pandektes will be to enhance its data infrastructure, ultimately aiming to modernize legal systems across Europe, meeting the high demand for innovative solutions.
