The BioInnovation Institute (BII) has announced a startup programme, injecting €1.3 million each into six startups focused on vital health and environmental challenges. This brings the total funding from BII to €1.8 million for each recipient.
The six startups—PanTarg, 3Sonic, Inia Biosciences, Yngvi Bio, Proxi Biotech, and Sagava—had initially secured €500,000 each from BII. Trine Bartholdy, Chief Business Officer at BII, praised the companies' progress from research to actionable solutions, further stating that continued funding will help accelerate their journey to market.
