Lovable co-founder Anton Osika received about SEK 100 million from a share sale last year, Shifter reports, citing Swedish outlet Breakit. Co-founder Fabian Hedin also sold shares for a similar amount. The transaction was a sale of existing shares by the founders, rather than a new funding round for the company.
In a conversation reported by Shifter, Osika said that the money has not led to lavish spending. He described taking taxis a little more often to save time as one of the few changes. Osika and Hedin have built Lovable since 2023; Shifter says the company raised more than USD 700 million across two funding rounds over the past year.
